supervision by their personal trainer. A GRATE WAY TO SAVE MONEY AND STILL
GET A FUN WORKOUT.
Four two One training, is the largest group I would class as personal
training, it still provides the some flexibility in training programs,
as your personal trainer can still use most the tools available to him/her
to achieve your specific goal. Programs can be easily modified for different
fitness levels and ability.
This form of personal training is ideal for corrective exercise such
as Increasing Fitness, Some Posture
realignment Friends with simila goals or seeking Motivation
while learning good technique and feeding off each others energy so often
benefit from more encouragement.
Session will be fifty minutes in duration this allows ten minute window
for administration. Dependent on goal a normal session will include flexibility,
core, resistance and cardiovascular exercises, that have been selected
for your specific needs, ability and likes. Yes I said likes, I want you
to enjoy training as much as possible for it to be of long term benefit
you need to find a way of incorporating fitness it to your lifestyle beyond
a few training session!
