Nutritional Therapy is the pinicle of healthy eating guidance done on a one to one basis, or at most a family. It aims to deal with an specific problem that could be food related. It is not a replacement for modern medicine, but a support for it!

I'm not here to tell you what to eat, if I did chances are you wouldn't. As a therapist I will guide you one step at a time towards a healther happier you.

The first step is the hardest for most, it's a step away from comfort of what you have always done. Often even though you new it was wrong. I will though, initialy your questionaire then our session, drill down to what I believe are the roots of an problems or symtoms. and sugest a coarse of action that will best help. Then together we will plot how to put it into action, the next bit is upto you!

The inital consultation will be one hour in length and involve information gathering, information on what the probable cause may be and formulation of an actition plan you can take away with you, as well as any recommended nutrients.

(I only sell nutrients from companies I am comfortable recommending, as I know they meet a particular standard. If you choose then to by from an other company either on line or high street please DONT expect the same result).
