"Boot Camps are based around military style exercise programmes,
done at high intensity. While they are NOT for the faint hearted, they
ARE great fun, and above all VERY effective.
You will train with anything I can get my hands on TRX, ViPR, KettleBells,
PowerPlate, Ropes & Chains."
You need to show your commitment so I'm asking you to sign up to 6 sessions
to be used other 3 weeks. The two sessions per week will give you a steady
progression, if coupled with other exercise you can expect some great
results sooner than you thought possible.
To ensure quality and a level of individual attention closer than that
of classes, more like personal training, the group size will be restricted
to eight peolpe per class. This should give a fantastic group atmosphere
while ensuring you all get enough feed back to get the most from the sessions.

It’s easy
to find excuses not to try it, but this is a special service that can
improve your
performance, strengthen motivation, add variety to any routine and aid
rehabilitation
after injury.
Personal Training is too expensive – Small group
training is a fraction of the
price at just £50 for 6 sessions. And as the groups are small if
is far more focused
and intense than a class.
I’m too self conscious to do Personal Training
– In a small group the attention
is taken of you. As you get fitter faster just watch your self-esteem
