Weight Loss Program TRX & Jump Rope (Intermediate)
This is a great intermediate level workout to follow Weight Loss Program TRX & Jump Rope (basic), for use at home, at the gym or anywere! All
you need is the two peaces of equipment a TRX suspention trainer and a jump
rope (skipping rope to us Brits).
If you have a foam roll as well for your warm up stretches that's great but
not essential.
