Purchases & Refunds

Sorry if you are having trouble using PayPal try using Bank Transfer. Once your payment has been received I will action the sale accordingly.
If you are within the 14 days of purchasing your programme and you have not started it just email me at sales@activenrg.co.uk with your purchase receipt number and you will be refunded in full minus any processing fees if paying by PayPal. If you are purchasing products such as books or supplements, return them with in 30 day unopened a full refund minus any processing fees if paying by PayPal will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights!
You can register your coupon at checkout. Just select the item you want to purchase add it cart and follow any steps provided.

Making Courses

You can change your account name in your profile settings.
Sorry to hear your getting too much of us! There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we have sent you. Just click on the link and I will bother you no more.
BEWARE if you are currently on a course you may miss out on valuable information!!!

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to info@activenrg.co.uk.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
