Liquid Chalk

Chalk can make the difference between completing a lift and failing it.

Liquid chalk offers a neater option than regular loose or block chalk. This will keep the gym happy as well as the person your giving it to.

Straps

Straps, similarly to chalk help you grip. Especially useful where grip is often the deciding factor between success and failure Deadlifts being an obvious example.

The figure 8 straps shown here have the added advantage over standard straps, in that you don’t actually need to grip at all.

Weight Belt

A weight belt isn’t just a safety tool, muscle contract harder if they have something to contract against. This is where the belt comes in.

The standard belts often have a 4 inch depth. However, I prefer and recommend the 3 inch belt, as shown here, as it fits better between the pelvic and ribs, where the 4 inch can get in the way, especially on smaller lifters.

Cotton T Shirt

100% Cotton T shirts are a far better option than there polyester alternatives.

Ok they don’t always look as slick but cotton is naturally NONSLIP, so when you have a heavy load on your back it will stay there.
