Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 cup large green olives, pitted
2 tbsp capers
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Rough chop fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor until rough chopped.
