Sweet and Smoky Chicken

It is amazing what the proper application of quality spices will do to the flavor of your meal.

This chicken recipe is the perfect example of the power of excellent seasoning.

 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ¼ tsp allspice
 ½ tsp onion powder
 1 Packet Stevia
 1 dash salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 210 degrees C.

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Place in a large ziplock bag.

In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the ziplock bag and toss until the chicken is fully coated.

Place the coated chicken thighs on a broiling pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
