If you eat out often in a certain area pick four restaurants in that immediate area (two fast-food places, one medium priced, and one high-priced restaurant) that prepares meals that conform to your nutrition plan. Even McDonaldโ€™s is offering healthier meal selections these days. This way you can choose healthier meals that conform to your food plan when youโ€™re short on time or money. Mid Range restaurants such as TGI’s or Nandos for when you want a better quality menu. Finally, choose a higher-priced restaurant for those business meals or romantic occasions.
