The story speaks of more than thankfulness. It says something about teachers teaching and parents parenting and friends showing friendship, and how much it means to the Douglases of the world.

You do not have to give up your life to get healthy and fit. You have to learn to live within the guidelines that your goals and your body dictate. As you well know, you cannot have both at the same time. At some point, you must learn to say no to yourself and enter into the cave to get your treasure.

Remember Fridays are a great! Weekends are great!! You most likely have earned it! It is a time to relax and get ready for the next week! So, be thankful it is Friday but try and take a weekend to say no to overindulging. Treat yourself better than that and take some pride in yourself. Be successful.
